What to Expect

How to Get Started with a Booking

You will need to Contact Us with your requested date and time to check availability. You can do this by phone or submitting a request through our website.

Where We Cruise

We primarily operate on Lake Union. We can customize your time on board depending on the desires of the group.

Pick-Up Location

Our pick-up location is in Ballard - conveniently located by a PCC and Trader Joes.

Number of Guests

We allow up to 6 guests. Children ages 5+ are allowed on board and count towards the 6 guests maximum. Children 12 y.o. and under must wear a life jacket at all times while on board per Washington State Law. We do not supply children's life jackets.

Bathrooms

Our vessel does not have a bathroom on board. We do have access to public bathrooms on/around the lake for your use.

Food & Drink

We allow you to bring your own food and drinks on board. We have a cooler and a small table on board for your use.

Corn Hole

We have a custom corn hole set on board that our guests can enjoy.

Swimming

Guests are allowed to swim and use the diving board. We have towels on board for our guests to use.

Music

Our vessel has surround sound speaker system that guests can connect to easily through Bluetooth to listen to their music of choice.

General Questions

  • How many people can I bring?

    Your reservation allows for you and 5 friends. 

  • Is food allowed?

    Yes! Bring snacks, sandwiches, or whatever food you’d like for the two hour trip. We ask you consider food items that will not stain or require excessive clean up after your experience. 

  • Is there a dress code?

    Be mindful that you are on a boat. We encourage all of our guest to wear flat shoes (read: no heels) and bring layers, as the temperature is likely to change during your rental. 

  • What comes with our reservation?

    We have a cooler for use, garbage bags, and space for you to put your things. We expect you to leave with all of your things at the end of the charter, including your garbage. 

Floating with Us

  • Who drives the boat?

    The Captian, of course! All of our cruises come with an experienced Captain, so you can focus on having a good time. 

  • How many people can fit on the boat?

    Your reservation allows for up to 6 people.

  • Where do you cruise?

    Our cruises take place on Lake Union. 

  • Is swimming allowed?

    Swimming is allowed. However, safety is always our numnber one priority, so this activity will be at the discretion of the Captain. 

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board. 

  • Are children allowed?

    Yes, children ages of 5+ are welcome on board. Children under 12 are required by Washington State Laws to wear a life jacket at all times on the boat. We do not supply life jackets for children, and you will be required to bring a properly fitting and U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket. 

  • Is there shade available?

    We have a sun shade that can be deployed during your experience. This will provide some cover from the sun. Please bring hats, sunglasses, and other protective layers, as the sun shade does provide full coverage from the sun while aboard. 

  • Can we listen to music on the boat?

    Yes! The boat has surround sound speakers thta can easily be connected to via bluetooth. 

Safety Rules

  • Are there lifejackets on board?

    Yes! We have adult-sized life jackets for all passengers on board. 


    Participants 12 years old and younger must wear a life jacket on the vessel at all times during the charter. You are responsible for bringing a properly fitted life jacket for the child to wear. 

  • What happens if you cause damage to the vessel during your charter?

    You will be liable for any damage to the vessel, its equipment or third party property caused by you. 

  • Can we bring alcohol?

    Yes, alcohol is allowed onboard, however we expect our passengers to use their best judgement. We do not tolerate reckless, abusive or negligent behavior, and the Captain reserves the right to end the charter at any time.


  • What is NOT allowed on board?

    No illegal drugs, firearms, fireworks, flammable items, etc. We ask that you limit glass on board.
