Weather

In Seattle, we know weather can change at a moments notice. Our priority is always to keep our guests safe while on board.

Heavy wind and rain can put a huge damper on fun and safety while on the lake. We reserve the right to cancel your charter at any time, in our full discretion, based on the weather.  Should we determine the weather is unsafe at the time of the scheduled departure, we will issue a full refund. Your reservation is not canceled until you are contacted by a Seattle by Pontoon representative. If you cancel for any reason, our cancellation policy will apply.

Check-In Process

We ask that you plan to arrive to the dock 10-15 minutes in advance of your cruise. You will get additional instructions by email when you book.
